Chris North represented a couple buying our home. It was a difficult transaction due to some things out of their control. Our agent did not relay pertinent information to us, and we were able to communicate with Chris North directly. She went above and beyond giving us the info our agent wouldn't, and even talked to our builder for us when we couldn't get our agent to help. She had no duty to do this, but did it anyway which helped us greatly. While we never met, she definitely worked extra hard getting our deal done since she had to work both sides of the transaction.
